Pumpkin Spice Buttercream

This buttercream is sooo good! I got the recipe from http://picky-palate.com/2015/10/26/pumpkin-spice-buttercream/. I’m using this buttercream to frost some brownies that are in the oven right now. Here’s the recipe for this buttercream…

* 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
* 4 cups powdered sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
* 2-3 tablespoons milk

* Place butter into stand mixer with whisk attachment, mix on high to mix well. Slowly add powdered sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Add milk as needed to thin buttercream

You don’t need to use a stand mixer. (My mom wouldn’t let me use hers😋). So I used a hand mixer with the whisk attachment, and it turned out fine. You can also add more milk if needed.

MAKE SURE YOU ONLY PUT A LITTLE BIT OF POWDERED SUGAR IN AT A TIME!!!!! Trust me… it will go EVERYWHERE!!!!!

If you have any questions, just comment and I’ll answer as soon as I can😄

    Somebody asked me in the contacts section what they should use it on. I think that you could use it on anything, brownies, cupcakes, etc.
